About Oyelearn by Oyelabs
Oyelearn is the learning platform Oyelabs built for its own people: engineers, project managers and business development. This page explains why it exists and how it works.
Why Oyelabs built it
Oyelabs builds custom and white-label software for clients, and that work changes quickly: new stacks, new tools, new ways of delivering. General courses teach a stack, but not how Oyelabs plans, builds, hands over and sells that work.
Oyelearn brings both together in one place, so each person learns what their role needs next, in the order that makes sense for them.
How it works
It starts with an assessment. A short skill assessment for your role sets a starting level, from 0 to 5, for each skill.
Then a personal plan. Oyelearn plans the lessons between where you are and where you’re going, week by week, at the hours you have.
Lessons are hands-on. Video playlists, reading, practice and a check at the end of each lesson, with reviews that bring back what you’re about to forget. AI helps build courses and answer questions as you learn.
Certificates you can verify. Courses, paths and goals end in a certificate with its own code. How verification works.
Who it's for
Engineering: frontend, backend, full-stack, mobile, PHP & Laravel, DevOps & cloud, and AI-driven development.
Project management: Oyelabs’ custom and white-label delivery lifecycles, from the BD handover to go-live and support.
Business development: from the first cold email to strategic accounts, including AI-assisted selling.
Soft skills such as workplace writing, presenting and feedback are shared by every team.
The name and the ring
The Oyelearn mark is also the O in its name. The outer blue ring is Oyelabs. The amber inner ring is your progress, and the dot just ahead of it is you.
The ring never closes, because there’s always a next level. That’s where our line comes from: learning never closes.
